We are committed to doing our part to help those that are suffering from opioid dependence regain their life and happiness and decrease the number of overdoses and lower the death rate. Recently, the Department of Health and Human Services announced that all prescribing practitioners have the ability to prescribe buprenorphine, an opioid partial agonist, and exempt the  practitioners from the necessary training and certification. We have taken advantage of this opportunity and if you are interested in

reserving a spot, please call our office to set up an appointment.

Sick Visits and Sports Physicals

Unity Health is committed to providing timely access to high-quality healthcare for all members of the community. So, to fulfill our promise to the community we will be offering appointments for non-members including

Sports Physicals - $20

We ask that patients call ahead to ensure we are able to accommodate their needs or our provider may suggest your illness requires Emergency Department care.
